Join us for a peaceful morning of movement, connection, and relaxation designed especially for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers. Led by certified yoga instructor Sofia Sifuentes, this gentle Baby Yoga experience encourages bonding through playful stretches, movement, songs, and mindfulness activities that support growing bodies and developing minds.

Throughout the session, certified meditation instructor Paramdayal Kaur will provide a live sound bath experience, creating a calming atmosphere through soothing sounds and vibrations that enhance relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being for both children and caregivers.

Together, this unique experience supports body awareness, balance, flexibility, self-regulation, mindfulness, and caregiver-child connection while offering families a chance to slow down, be present, and enjoy meaningful time together.
