Join us for Baby Yoga at Desert Bloomers this week, with a live Sound Bath Experience! 🎶

Throughout the session, certified meditation instructor Paramdayal Kaur will lead a live sound bath, creating a calming atmosphere with soothing sounds and vibrations that enhance relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being for both children and caregivers. ☁️✨
Special guests from the El Paso Center for Children will also be on site to provide family-centered activities and resources that support early childhood development and school readiness. 📚

💫 Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow.
