The Collab brings together young women from across El Paso for four sessions designed to help them grow as leaders, connect with mentors, and turn their ideas into action.
Through hands-on learning and meaningful conversations, students will explore who they are, how they work with others, and how they can make a difference in their community.
Explore your strengths, discover your identity, and learn to communicate with purpose.
Develop collaboration skills, strengthen professional presence, and turn challenges into connections.
Build financial literacy skills and learn to make thoughtful, values-driven decisions.
Practice public speaking, tell your story with confidence, and bring your ideas to life through a community project.
The Collab is more than a learning experience. It’s an opportunity to discover what you’re capable of, find your voice, and grow alongside other young women and mentors who inspire you to dream bigger.
